1. The NYS Board of Elections has now published the official sample ballot for November 2nd -- with the Taxpayer Party and the Anti- Prohibition Party on the same line, meaning Carl Paladino and Madam X are on the same line. ?? They claim there wasn't enough room on the ballot so they had to combine them on Line "I" -- except that Line "J" is empty. If you have any confusion, simply vote for Carl on the Republican or Conservative line. But remember we need 50,000 signatures on the Taxpayers Line...
2. Hundreds of thousands of absentee ballots were mailed late to military personnel -- One would think legally, no proper tally or final count can be made until those ballots arrive, despite dereliction of duty on the part of the B of E.
3. Statewide ballots have a "misprint" instructing voters to fill in the circle above the candidate's name, when in fact it is to be filled in below the candidate's name. If voters follow the instructions, I understand a vote for Carl will actually materialize as a vote for the Rent is Too Damn High guy.
Somebody
should file suit before the election. Or storm the flippin' Bastille and demand some tiny measure of competence...
Also, though there are no sample ballots on-line as promised, you can still get a listing of your choices in the General Election. Just go here in Erie County: http://elections.erie.gov/precinctfinder.aspx Just plug in your address; click on "Find Polling Place;" click on "Continue;" then click on Sample Ballot. All other counties may go here for more information: http://www.elections.state.ny.us/CountyBoards.html and click on the Visit Home Page link. You can search your counties' Board of Election website for a Sample Ballot Generator, or call them to help you navigate to information on-line. They're usually pretty helpful.
Did this sneak up on them too fast or something?
More New York State FILTH and CORRUPTION! Where is THE ATTORNY GENERAL IN ALL THIS? (Cuomo)
CALL YOUR LOCAL BOARD OF ELECTIONS AND COMPLAIN!!!
That mobster Cuomo has his tentacles in place all over the state. This doesn’t sound good.
Have you guys heard about this?
Sounds like the same person who created the famous butterfly ballot.
Sneaky and helpful!
:( Welcome to NY, we can F_CK anything up.
Ya know, Bout this time, I’m thinking anybody but cuomo.
First dis-enfrachise voters serving in the military...
then mislead the civilian voters into throwing away their vote.
Democrats at their worst.
Well, it’s actually their standard operating procedure.
Important ping....
Where can we get a look at this misprinted ballot?
Will this happen if someone votes for Carl on the Republican or conservative line? Or is it a certain party line this happens with.
Not being able to see a ballot makes it difficult to know.
Cuomo has to do SOMETHING to siphon off votes from Paladino.
Gee.....thanks, George! (soros)
“The vehicle for this planned hijacking of democracy is a below-the-radar non-federal “527” group called the Secretary of State Project. The entity can accept unlimited financial contributions and doesn’t have to disclose them publicly until well after the election.”

He bought them early and he bought them well.
New York is also one of the states that just couldn’t get the absentee ballots out to our honorable military men and women in time. New York DENIED our military their right to vote, PURPOSEFULLY.
If ALL of our military was black, wouldn’t they call this “disenfranchisement”?????

I saw this already on the news -
easy enough, don’t read the instructions. make sure that your candidate is in the same box that you make your circle for.
we had a great system with a paper trail here with the old machines.
But they just had to make these now that are unverifiable
Thank you for the ping. Greatly appreciated.
