Why would you support that? It's the worst of both worlds - de facto legalization because the penalty is so insignificant (and, thus, people will have no real incentive to avoid it) and yet it will be a way for wasteful Big Government to feed itself. That way you'll get more pot smokers AND more government. At least choose one way or the other.
