Any congressional staff member, lobbyist, or aid should be treated like the German V-2 rocket scientists we...uhm...encouraged...to emigrate to the US after WWII. Handcuff them to a drafting board and extract all the knowledge and expertise they can bring. But don’t trust them or let them direct your actions for one cotton picking second....
