You’re thinking of Boucher’s seat. Boucher, a Blue Dog, was thought to be cruising to re-election a month ago.

I have no idea why Obama is going to U of Virginia. Its students are from all over the state and all over the world. And, actually, it’s not big as compared to U. of Wisconsin at Madison.

I’m half-way of the opinion this UVA appearance is because they’re trying to make it look like the guy is campaigning when they’re actually keeping him away from the real hot spots.

This appearance is going to help Republicans win three Virginia Congressional seats currently held by Democrats and may even have implication for the West Virginia Senate race and a few Congressional races in West Virginia and western North Carolina.

And they can vote in the 5th district. College students can now register in the location in which they attend school. No roots, no consequence of their vote. Just feeelings, whoa whoa whoa, feeeelings!! They elected Little Tommy last go around.

Of course, the Liberty University students vote GOP (heh heh).
