Great question. Problem is most of the people he could blame, like Rahmbo, have already jumped ship. Billy Jeff has been protecting Hillary's flank by doing so much campaigning. This one is gonna be hard for Barry to lay off on others.
The press will be after him too because they sure as heck won't be taking the blame for their actions putting him in office and serving as his propaganda ministry while he rammed Obamacare, Porkulus and cap and tax through.
