I'm not surprised that this kind of stuff goes on in 'Rat dominated areas, especially in cities. It's been happening for a century or more, and Jersey City was notorious for it under the Hague machine in the early 20th century. Longtime Mayor Hague was a good pal of Franklin D. Roosevelt and was key to winning New Jersey for Roosevelt in several presidential elections.

IIRC, in the case discussed in the video, the Republican Mayor Schundler was reelected despite this cheating. Yet, as the incumbent mayor, he couldn't control the Dummyfraud in his own city. The 'Rats could have stolen some lesser offices by their sleazy techniques, however.
