My gut tells me that a couple of Dem senators go down to everyone’s surprise. I just can’t see this kind of Republican support in house races not carrying over into some Senate races. The problem is that for the Reps to win a majority in the senate, they need to win 78% of the senate races.

The close ones will be affected by the fraud margin. Tea Party turnout may beat it though. I doubt they can manufacture more than 2 or 3 % fraud.

Don’t forget the governorships. We’re picking a bunch up and people do tend to vote in a straight line.

One point that is helping us is that the evil word “MARXIST” is now being tossed about more freely.
Savage was one of the early talkers to call Obama a Marxist, and now everyone seems to be using it freely.

Granted, most of the young red diaper doper babies are not old enough to know what life was like in Communist east Europe, and many probably think it is cool to be a Communist.
The older voters, however, know better.

Stanley Kurtz new book + recent RED relevations from BO’s fellow college chums have not helped the RatFesters.
I see dead rats everywhere. Next step will be to finish off the RINOs!

Yes, the tea party has been great at running the RINOS into the tall grass.
The next step must be to flush them out and off to pasture,
far away from the halls of congress.
McStain would be number one on my list.

The PA polls close at 7PM eastern, I’m pretty sure... I want to see Sestak and Kanjorski declared losers at 7:05 PM and then the wave will be on its way. I love the thought of voters in California seeing those kind of results coming in while they’re still on their commutes (if they’re lucky enough to be working) home... maybe there will be some second-thoughts about voting for Jerry Brown and Barbara Boxer and Patty Murray, et. al.

I would agree there is a higher probability that the GOP takes the House than the Senate. But shouldn’t it be +6 (instead of +3 or +4) or so if R’s would take the Senate if all the close seats went R?

Real Clear politics has IN has likely GOP, WI has leans GOP,
and then 8 seats as tossups: CA, CO, IL, KY, NV, PA, WA, WV.
They have CT has leans Dem, and DE as likely Dem.

I suppose there could be only modest gains....don’t party like it’s 1773 just yet...

There’s another page on RCP...if forced to call each race, then they have GOP at +8. CA, WA, WV tipping Dem; CO, IL, KY, NV, PA tipping R. Also ND is rated safe GOP.

While I agree with you, just note that it is possible -- a lot of the "safe" Democrat seats are in districts that vote 80-90% 'rat. Just a few of those districts can offset a lot of 55-45 GOP districts.
