Cordon off Detroit. Let all the Muzzie in; no one is allowed out. The the ‘rats an Muzzies exterminate each other (and give the city urban renewal). Wait until all the shooting and screaming and Muslim prayers stop for about a year. Then clear the rubble away and start over.
