Barry uses the word “ stuff “ all the time when he’s off the teleprompter.
I think he uses it as much as he uses “ aaaaaaah “ and “ uuuuum.”
He’s obviously a moron , but, the media , in the face of evidence otherwise, keeps insisting that he’s a genius.
And a great orator. He only lives in front of a teleprompter so as to level the playing field with all of the lesser humans that are burdened with speaking using only 3x5 cards with outline notes.
This "charismatic" speaker would have been laughed out of my college speech class in 1972.
