I agree he's always been a radical and that few have been willing to address it only because in part the word "socialist" has lost so much of its meaning anymore.
I remember your post here when you posted it in FR as well.
Hope you're wrong but would bet against you only because it's the right thing to do.
Disarticulating this Presidency is something the gutless, nutless Yacht Club Republicans had better get a serious bellyburn for, and they'd better knock off the patronization that Chris Matthews was posting clips of this morning on Matthews's little roundtable grotesquerie (Andrew Sullivan, Cynthia Tucker, Dan Rather for God's sake, Katty Kay the ex-Beebstress -- what a crew!!).
It's time for Sarah to show the Yacht Drivers the long knife and promise on a stack of Bibles, divine retribution for business-as-usual Lardass Wing backsliding.
Dan Rather said that Mitch McConnell, Boehner and the rest will intimidate the Tea Party people. And they all had a good laugh at the Tea Partiers over that bon mot.
(Then Matthews showed some "favorite flashback" videos, after making fun of Christine O'Donnell, making more fun of Gerry Ford and Dan Quayle. Ha, ha, ha.)
Fetid little show, no wonder it's syndicated on an off-off-off-Broadway indie station. Nobody responsible wants to pick it up. Because, I suppose, they realize you can't pick it up by the clean end.
