Yes we did, though we didn't liberate Iraq until 2003. The sanctions weren't terminated until then.

Do you have anything that proves that UN sanctions [not US] killed Iraqis?

First, they were UN sanctions with US backing and support, as the Clinton administration admits in this video. Remember "There are those who want to lift the sanctions. I am not among them."? Apart from what the Clinton administration acknowledges in this video, if you honestly believe our sanctions didn't kill any Iraqis, then posting more of the same won't convince you. We'll just have to disagree on this.

The fact is that they were UN sanctions approved by the Security Council. The sanctions did not kill anyone—Saddam was totally responsible.
