Does anyone know who will be selling these? I read somewhere that they were going to be priced around $150 or so. I wouldn’t mind getting my order in early.

I’ve been wanting a Carbine to go with my Garand and 1911 for quite a while. I’ve pretty much given up on owning a Thompson, even in semi-auto, for the time being.

CMP would be a good way to sell these, but an importer like Century is more likely.

I really hope this passes. A Garand and an M1 carbine should be in every collector's gun locker, along with a Springfield M1903 and M1917 Enfield.

I'm still looking for a good M1917 in the original configuration. Makes the history buff in me wanna cry when I see a 1917 in a Monte Carlo stock and scope. :-(

I wonder if some Congress critter or Senate critter will add a killing amendment to the CPFA like the Hughes Amendment with FOPA in 86.

wow a DEMOCRAT actually doing something pro-gun??

Ok, what strings are they gonna attach to this bill? I've come to expect from them that if they give an inch here they will want a MILE somewhere else, usually when and how it wont be readily detected by a casual observer.
