Learning a new language doesn't have to be hard, especially when "Tea Bag" is so minimalistic! Mark Fiore offers his personal take in this animation. The Wall Street Journal dubbed Fiore "the undisputed guru of the form." He creates political animation from an undisclosed location somewhere in San Francisco.
Interested in learning more about the origins of the 'tea bag' movement? Jay Nordlinger of The National Review breaks down where the term came from, what it means, and why it's been embraced and rejected by conservatives and liberals alike.
You can read NPR Ombudsman Alicia Shepard's thoughts on this cartoon here.

The first act of this new congress should be to unfund NPR.
They are bigots who cannot tolerate other points of view and because their extreme views are shared by so few, they cannot fund themselves.
I'm not going to listen to NPR to find out, but somehow, I doubt there's a lot of conservatives "embracing" the term...
A "teabagger" is therefore a "winner".
It sure is interesting that all the left wing proxies are suddenly trying to start a fight just days out from an election.
Oh puhlease don’t throw me in that briar patch.
Note to Alicia: Don’t forget to say how much you love Muslims.
A “teabagger” is therefore a “winner”.
So then the democrazy party will be tea bagged the night of the election?
Just laying there with their mouths wide open ? Waiting for the prize?
the left is always using the tea****g with a snicker because of the homosexual sex connotations.
They don’t even want the pulblic to know or understand what happened in 1773. even the history channel censors it.
BTW, this is not possible with PONG, so if you've not kept up with video games since those halcyon days, things have definitely changed!
Same holds true in the porn industry.
No doubt the porn industry has “riding time” on the concept, but think of all the children who apply a totally different situation to the term.
NPR is losing it.
First, they fire Juan Williams because he dare express an opinion ON ANOTHER NETWORK (which I feel is legally actionable by Mister Williams), and now this gutterslime trash talk.
This crew needs to be immediately shut down.
I have never heard it referred to as “tea bag movement”, NPR needs to be abolished. They serve no purpose whatsoever.
In the homosexual community, a tea bagger is the dominant one.
I guess the RATS will get “tea bagged” on election day.
Hey Bill Maher, open wide!
We’re just learning that NPR is biased? So is the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
Leftist ideas usually require government subsidies.
LOL..... me thinks you seriously missed the inference of “victory dance over your fallen opponent”.
What, exactly, did you imagine that was about?
What exactly did you not understand that my response was to your Post #4. Don’t GAF about your further rude posts.
