Given his preferences, I would think "Barney Frank Wallows" might be closer to the truth.
Democrats are cheaters and experts at skewing the vote. We cannot count Frank and some of the other progressives being defeated. Early voting offers the opportunity to scam the citizens of an honest vote. They are experts at finding votes when they need them.
