No, because the action needs to be in the ability to store all this energy for a long term.
Solar is useless and the adjusted gas fuels both pollute the water we drink and blow the engines up over time.

They should work on cheap desalinization.
Someone should come up with a chemical solution to break down nuclear waste to a benign state.

I meant, yes, I agree with you that the government should not subsidize renewable energy, let the markets take care of that when there is a real demand for it, and when it's a viable option to oil and gas energy.
