A pity we can no longer draw and quarter. Repeal the 8th Amendment!
Tall tree;short rope.
Almost a relief is was not the Amish again..........do not want to be labeled a racist...........
How much remorse does it take to bring back the dead victims? How much to compensate the family? How much remorse guarantees he will not kill again? The doc with the needle should express remorse when he does the injection.
“Yeah, he is a mass murderer who killed children and an innocent woman, but who here has not had a bad day when we were a tad grumpy?
This is the kind of guy you would want to have a beer with — before or after he cold-bloodedly killed and destroyed and entire family.”
(There is no crime so heinous that a lawyer can’t be found to defend it — if they ever catch UBL the line to defend him will wrap around the Pentagon 5 or 6 times).
The lawyer should be forced to take that sick F home with him. I’d bet he’d change that tune quick.
I couldn’t defend an animal like that. I’m giving animals a bad name.
Yeah, yeah, and he was kind to his mother.
Kill him slowly, but not before he has experienced the exact same brutality he inflicted on his innocent victims.
THAT would be justice.
likable to whom?

Whenever I see things like that, I’m reminded of a conversation with a lawyer buddy. He said that lawyers take an oath to provide the best defense they can. That didn’t go very far with me. He then said, so, if you hate lawyers, and you get in trouble, do you really want one of them deciding you don’t deserve a defense and to be judged by a jury? Do you want to be judged by a lawyer first? That seemed to be a pretty strong argument to me.
It should be taken into consideration. The executioner should smile when he puts him down.

I understand the concept — but it is a spectrum. There must come a point after which a person of conscience cannot proceed.
Five word response: A small smile. Very small.
Perhaps some of the older methods, such as impalement (it was the preferred method of dispatching sex criminals and homosexuals) or a soul-cleansing bath in boiling oil. Done SLOWLY. A long and slow embrace in the arms of the Iron Maiden. Key word: SLOW. Taking a week or more to complete the task of dispatching this barbarian would be fitting. By the way, note that the Eighth covers only “cruel AND unusual” so maybe a fitting cruel-only punishment would be OK. After all, these used to be the norm, nothing unusual about them.
This is disgusting—I think both of those men should die I am so sick of these pervs hurting people and then we are supposed to let them off for being likleable. I hope they both get get done to them what they did to the family in prison. I am so mad I could spit I am sick of the commies, socialists and criminals taking over our country

Plus people like Vlad did it to any of their enemies. I would settle for a quick shot to the head of the ones we know absolutely for sure, like this guy, are guilty. On the other hand torture of the guilty by the family members of the victims would go a long way towards closure for the family.
To make matters worse the jury was allowed to read a jailhouse letter where one of the sick ba$tard$ blames the father for not saving his family.
The oath lawyers take is to assure their client gets a fair trial.
They are not tasked with making up lies on their client’s behalf or blaming the victim.
True and good points.
