Hickenlooper brings something to the table, he's a successful business executive and a much better than average mayor of Denver. This is the type of individual we need in government today ... in spite of their party affiliation. Tom Tancrado is a bomb thrower ... no real established credentials just a lackluster pubbie who is riding the anti-Obama mid-term election wave.

That's too bad. The year is 2010. That means it's a census year. That also means it's a redistricting year. That means the new gov and legislature will set the state and congressional races for the next 10 years. Good luck rolling that devastation back. Ironically, this is one of those scenarios where party does trump person. And the irony is that it's going to take a third party run to prevent the Dems from controlling the state and congressional seats - not to mention Judicial appointments - for the next ten years.

But, more than that he's a democrat. That tells me on moral, ethical, integrity issues he's about whatever it takes to give power to those I am sworn to oppose by the same oath you took. I'm a broken glass conservative voter.

As an American Citizen If you're not pissed off right now you're not paying attention. Tancredo is exactly who we need in office to reshape and reorganize Colorado politics. We're not a Blue State. We're maybe a purple state, but we're not a Blue State and that is what Hickenlooper will deliver for the next 15 years. I'm not trying to lecture, or slam you. I'm trying to think out loud and hopefully sway you to cast an early vote that changes our destiny.

I live in the Denver metro area and my business is in Denver proper. Hickenlooper has done everything he can to tax us to death, often by calling it fees. West Denver is overrun with illegal aliens and nothing is done about it. Hickenlooper has wasted tens of millions on his pet project of eliminating homelessness by building them brand new apartments. The money has been spent and there are more professional panhandlers on the streets of Denver than ever before.
Last summer, he failed to let any citizens know that roaming gangs of young black thugs were singling out white victims to be beaten. We only learned after the fact, after many men had been beaten.
Hickenlooper is a disaster as a mayor and will be a disaster as a governor.
If you are voting for him, turn in your Eagle, Globe, and Anchor. Do it now.
