“With God on Our Side,” the new anti-Israel movie produced by an evangelical pastor and aimed at evangelical audiences, is touring America this month, with anti-Israel British Anglican priest Stephen Sizer in tow. (Snip) The Evangelical Left is anxious to neutralize evangelicals as America’s typically most pro-Israel demographic, especially by focusing on the plight of Palestinian Christians, who are portrayed as victims exclusively of Israeli oppression. “With God on Our Side,” predictably, portrays pro-Israel Christians as mindless zealots indifferent to Palestinian suffering and exploiting Israeli Jews as merely tools for precipitating the Second Coming.

But, we have to be honest, it is difficult to be a Christian in Israel. Arab, American or Israeli...Christians are not really welcomed as citizens. Messianic Jews are not given automatic citizenship nor are they helped to return to Israel by Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein.

But, Christians know that Israel is for the Jews and that we must suffer as our Lord Jesus suffered. If He was rejected; so shall we.

One can not win in a fight against God! So, this film will make no difference whatsoever.

It is not scriptural to teach that the Church has "replaced" Israel in God's unfolding plan of redemption. God will bring all His promises to pass to Israel (Romans 11:26). It is perhaps worse when false preachers and those who deny Biblical truth begin to co-opt words and titles for their own nefarious ends. There is no "Evangelical Left." There are Evangelicals, and there is the Left. If one is on the Left one has DEPARTED from the Evangelicals. Anyone who is an Evangelical would do well to remember that -- else they will become the VICTIM of the WOLF they seek to harbor -- in the name of "tolerance" and "political correctness" of course.

Unfortunately, you are mistaken. It is small, but has been growing fast.

If they are not preaching the message imparted in the gospels to the lost. Then they do not meet the definition of evangelical.

The fear of the Islamic power in the Middle East is obvious, terror ruls, and the Bishops “know’ all too well they ‘better say’ if they want peace at home as minorities-in-the-apartheid-Islamic-world.
