I don't need to go to Hooters to have a beautiful woman make me feel like she is happy to see me, and I feel sorry for those who have to purchase such a fleeting and transitory illusion of such.
It is strip-club lite, for those unwilling to commit (both the men and the women) to full on frontal nudity.
Yet I and a lovely redheaded woman with killer legs and and an amazing .... um, okay, enough ... my girlfriend, went there. Maybe people sometimes go there just to eat. Maybe people like myself, my gal, the families scattered in booths all over, and the occasional couple.

Personally, I saw them more as a restaurant with a goofy gimmick (and reasonably good wings).....
