If the Supremes rule that mandatory health insurance is unconstitutional the whole bill will be repealed by the judiciary.

I forget the name of the provision they could have put in the bill to prevent that but it’s not in there apparently.

Sever-ability. Without it, if one part is ruled unconstitutional it can make the whole thing go up in smoke.
