If you believe the feds are out of control over the last century and a half, anytime a state wins back some power and the feds are weakened, it's good, even if the feds were 100% in the right on the merits of the issue (and in this case they most assuredly are NOT). If you don't believe the feral goobermint is running amok, you are probably incapable of typing, breathing, or chewing, and we're having this conversation with a virus in your computer.
