I don’t agree with his use of the word “Muslims” in that sentence. Only the word “all.” Because there are at least a few other kinds of terrorists.
Then, when he is forced to retract, it sounds as if he’s excusing Muslims, when in fact the only thing wrong with what he said was the word “all.”
In other words, don’t embarass the cause of truth by exaggerating—even a little.
