This deposition will surely be available in the "regular" media someday but in the meantime it can be read at the captioned link.
It provides a peak into the murky world inside a "Foreclosure Mill" including perks for employees willing to sign other peoples names at will as fast as possible. The sworn deposition also reveals relationships between "Process Servers" as well as GSE and banking execs.
Hold your nose.

But, but surely we do not want to see “deadbeats” get free houses over a few typos and cut corners. /s

Holy smokes is this ever damning! According to the Deposition Freddie Mac execs would call Stern's office ahead of time (so Stern could prepare a Suarez) his employees would get a "head's up" to alter docs for Freddie/Fannie review, then alter them back after they left!
Where the heck are the indictments?
HUE!
SERIES!
Ping On/Off let me know.

these are not mere typos.
This morning the fraudsters from wall street were on CNBC trying to explain away MERS and missing documents. He was trying to analogize MORTGAGES TO REGULAR CHECKS!!! I kid you not!
The law is very specific and for real property, original documents are required. These banks and law firms are INSTITUTIONALLY creating documents out of whole cloth. The documents are defective, the transfers are defective, the trust arrangement is fraudulent and yet they say this is mere typos.
They don’t even have the ability to provide clear title payoffs!

why isn’t the florida bar investigating?
why isn’t the florida bar putting forth an emergency suspension?
oh because judges don’t want to be inconvenience by anoyances such as the law.

You want some real economic stimulus?
Everyone who had their good credit score and mortgage obligation turned into a vehicle for crime and fraud (whether they know it or not) by Wall $treet and their congressional puppets should get that money back.
Mark to Market!

Good grief. At this point, I really don’t care if “deadbeats” get “free” houses or not. The banks need to learn that there’s a price to pay for stupidity and dishonesty.

That would be a real economic stimulus and a perfect way to wipe away excess debt in the economy. That money loan was basically created from thin air by the banks anyway.

Sometimes I have no choice but to agree with myself.
NVDave thanks for the check!
I'm still marveling at ikka's code snippet. Take me away from my AS400 (yup, they're still around) and I'm lost.

How 2 Civilian Sleuths Exposed Foreclosure Fraud
$nip>
Equal parts agitators, activists and advocates, Redman and Epstein have made their presence felt in Florida and nationally through their respective websites,4closureFraud.org and Foreclosurehamlet.org
Under a sun-drenched sky last week, Redman proudly perused his Web log to see recent visits from the Internal Revenue Service, the Homeland Security Department, the Justice Department, Fannie Mae, the Housing and Urban Development Department and the CIA, among others. Someone from the executive office of the president took a recent look, too, he said.
Major banks also are peeping at Redman's frequent postings and snarky analysis of embarrassing documents that appear to show foreclosure industry fraud.
Last week, he posted a deposition from a clerk at one of four Florida law firms that the state attorney general is investigating on suspicions that they're using fabricated documents to evict thousands of homeowners. She told investigators that the firm's employees regularly signed affidavits without reading them and put incorrect dates on documents.
"This kind of stuff goes on all the time, and it's everywhere," Redman said.

WHAT! I though the consensus here on FR was that we need to go around in the dead of night and while the dead beats were asleep we would board-up the doors and windows and then set the house afire. That way we would teach the dead beats a lesson reduce the excess inventory of foreclosed houses and help the poor banks out by them being able to collect the insurance money. (sarc) Sadly I have to add a sarcasm tag because there are many here on FR who might actually act on such a plan.
