Where did I hear that NAMBLA’s (North American Man-Boy Love Association) motto is....in before 8 or it's too late. I am not kidding. (Maybe the person I heard was kidding though)

The motto you mention isn’t from NAMBLA and unfortunately I can’t recall the name of the organization who used the motto... other than they were really sick people.
