When bureaucrats abuse their authority is such an egregious manner, they should be sued as well as the state agency. Once bureaucraps are aware they are personally responsible when they violate the law, such abuses will become almighty scarce.

I still say this may blow up in our face. This guy has a record that most of us wouldn’t approve of. It may not have much to do with Oath Keepers.
