Always the nameless ‘they’ or ‘the Department of ...’ It is straight out of Kafka. When is someone going to “man up” or ‘grow some cajones” and NAME SOME ACTUAL NAMES!Thank You! My thoughts as well, and one I constantly ask the reporters. These judges, like lenient parole board members, get away with this crap because they work in the shadows. Maybe it is because of fear of litigation, but rarely have I seen any other those peoples' names mentioned.

In a secretive process, immigration judges are dismissing large numbers of deportation complaints against illegal immigrants, lending credence to claims that the Obama administration is using immigration courts to achieve a "back door amnesty" for illegals.
