One candidate running for State Senate told me his father-in-law, a tenured university professor near-retirement, was reluctant to contribute to his campaign because his name would show up on lists of GOP donors. The professor didn't want to be ostracized and harassed by other faculty.

Look at what was done when they revealed the donors to the “stop gay marriage” campaign in Maine; I think the right should just do exactly the same.

Do you think these laws would pass if companies scoured the donor lists for employees contributing to politicians working against the company’s interests?
