“Essentially, there should be no religiously based laws.
So, then you’re not really a muslim, just someone claiming to be.”

Again with the slander. First with being registered as a Democrat (which you have no proof of whatsoever, you just made it up to try and discredit me) and now with this.

Here is the thing. You don’t know me. Clearly you don’t know Islam. One thing I really despise is someone telling me what I believe or what I am supposed to believe. Its like liberals telling me I want the poor to go to hell because I don’t believe in entitlements.

DO NOT make that mistake again, as you have constantly done in our conversation. When one actually reads into the history of Islam, in particular the early readings of it, they get a much better understanding of the Quran and religiously based laws on earth.

You could say I am not a Wahabbist, which is true, they are madmen. I fall much more along the lines of the Sufi path.

“Oh yes, there is. And it’s not a question of what I believe either :). We may of course have a discussion as to how realistic their plans are, but groups like Hizb_ut_Tahrir and the Muslim Brotherhood are quite outspoken, and they are just two of a large number of organizations with extremely broad support.”

Oh no there is not. You have simply fallen for the words, propaganda and lies of the neo Nazis Robert Spencer and Pam Geller.

Let's just clear up a couple of things. First, I never make things up. I didn't say you were a registered democrat, but that Voterfactory lists your name as Democrat, and with all the appropriaate caveats. You will find the relevant listing here:

Voterfactory

near to the top.

As for not believing there should be any religious laws, your own scripture makes you an apostate, which you know d*mn well. I agree with you of course, although I find islamic law malignant being that it seeks to spread by force. In contrast, halachic law is benign, seeing that judaism actually forbids proselytizing. But as for what you profess to believe, I could care less.

I fall much more along the lines of the Sufi path.

Oh bother. Like Gilani??

Pam and Rob are neonazis?? Who knew? Really, I think I found a live one :)).

Jamaat ul-Fuqra was founded in 1980 in New York by a Pakistani Sufi named Sheikh Mubarik Ali Hasmi Shah Gilani, along with a front organization called “The Muslims of America”. Most of its members are American citizens, converted to Islam and recruited via the prison system. The group has been associated with assassinations and firebombings in this country and Canada, and various members have been charged with and convicted of criminal offenses. It is thought that the group obtains its funds through welfare fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activities. JF has established numerous compounds, known as “Jamaats”, mostly in remote rural areas in the U.S.A. and Canada. Jamaat ul-Fuqra has been named as a terrorist organization by the State Department.

And this is all news to you, of course.
