Levin is a busy man no doubt. This will get some play in Kaleefornia though, and there is plenty of time before the election for the voters to ponder the ramifications of a man appointing someone who makes the rules which benefit himself. Whitman should attack with all gusto, and demand that all money made by Brown as a result of the CARB rule be seized.
I have said before that liberals make money from oil too, but they don't like people to know about it.
