Considering the vast amounts of these books on store shelves, it’s as if all of America home schools. I naturally wonder what on earth is taking place in classrooms. Not much it seems. Perhaps every day is Earth Day, and so the time is spent in gaia worship.
The academic crowd is a special issue. They’ve been insulated in their ivory towers, preaching their flawed world view. The one good thing about Obama’s regime is that so many of these prima donnas have been exposed by trying to put their ideas to work in the real world. They have scurried back to the safety of academia after screwing up the country royally. They haven’t done the academic community any favors, as public opinion of them is even lower than pre-Obama.
Unfortunately for African Americans, it will be decades before the nation will be willing to consider electing another black to the Presidency. He has made his race his dominant feature, and as such, the electorate will associate race with his failures.
I thought that immediately when I saw the name that 0bama had changed “Goals 2000”, etc, to.
He just HAD to include “RACE” in it, didn’t he.

Hussein is a conman who can spot a mark from a mile away, such as the “guilty” white liberal gravy train he has been riding for years, using it to leap from job to job while maintaining his lovely facade of fake professionalism and intellect. Now that he is in a position where he actually is forced to perform, his admirers are finding out what a worthless phony he has always been.
What you are describing is a Catch 22, as is most of Marxism. Those who get a free ride, whether it be with grades or welfare, soon are dissatisfied with what they are getting and demand more. Those who have been pulling the load soon either stop or move on to something else. Before long, those demanding more get less because there is no one to provide it. Then chaos occurs and that is what the Marxists are after, a revolution.
Marxists have no workable plan for governing but they have brilliant plans for destroying that which is working.

That's what we did when our oldest was in public school. Now that she is in private school, she is actually being educated at school. But we won't be able to afford it for all four kids, so we will soon be joining the ranks of homeschoolers. As a former government school teacher myself, I am committed that none of us will darken the doors of those educational wastelands called public schools again.
State sovereignty may be our only way out of this.

The school system ranks at the very bottom in the state and in fact is so low that it pulls the entire state average down.
The (R) mayor candidate is running on the idea the children attend their closest school. Cuts down on number of buses needed and creates a community center in each area.
Parents have just one school for multiple children and can get involved.
Local MSM and radio talk show support the idea...Guess which party is against it....Talk about keeping their voters dumb and under their control.
A lot of kids are "getting it". My son came home after taking a PSAT test yesterday. He's a sophomore, so it's basically for practice, since the test that counts for merit scholarships is taken in their junior year. He told me that the girl sitting next to him gave up on the math portion of the test after about 2 questions (out of ~25). I asked whether it looked like she was just struggling or ill. He said that it looked to him like she just couldn't be bothered. It didn't matter how she did. She was in a targeted minority group, and she was used to getting everything given to her.
Our older son is a senior, so we're in the midst of the college application process. I've been totally disgusted with how the colleges cater to minorities. The schools are falling all over themselves to attract minorities and throw money at them. It makes their numbers look good.
It's very frustrating to see this when your children have worked their tails off in difficult classes year after year. I just keep reminding them both that ultimately what they learn is theirs to keep and nobody can take knowledge from them. Somewhere in the world it will be valued. I hope it will be here.
Just another move by the Feds to help destroy the public school system so we can get back to private schooling.
The retention numbers at colleges and universities are very low. Many of the degrees earned by African Americans are in nonsense disciplines such as Africology. The left has done everything it can for half a century to destroy the futures of this ethnic group. It’s a tragedy. From giving them things/status they haven’t earned to teaching them to use racism as an excuse for their failures to the destruction of the black family unit, the left couldn’t have harmed this minority more if their goal had been abject failure right along.
Right now wealth is leaving the country. People are up and leaving to other countries. Bright kids are going over seas for jobs. This is very dangerous.
It will take allot to get them back. The U.S. government has BETRAYED them. In the past we’ve had idiots but no one, and I repeat no one has beenso hostile to human rights and capitalism and favored moral decline like Obama.

If nothing else says it, Obama does - MAKE MERIT THE STANDARD! Obama is NOT bright. Obama didn't deserve or earn a dam thing in his miserable, hate, filled life.
The Marxists have been setting he stage for this for 100 years, gradually infiltrating our government and all aspects of our society in order to subvert them. In the sixties they came aggressively out into the open with their protest against the Vietnam War. They were successful in intimidating LBJ and the Democrat Congress into abandoning the South Vietnamese after we had pulled out. We won that war but the press lied every step along the way by whining that we were losing and about the costs in money and blood. (They did the same about Iraq and now Afghanistan.)
They have been quiet since the seventies but now that same group of sixties radicals are in office and in control. They are again impatient and are making a desperate push to get everything at once.

You’ll note that I cited “fake intellect.” He is what we called a “pseudo” in the ‘60’s-—squeeze him and he’ll come up dry every time.
I do think, however, that he is possessed of a certain animal cunning which enables him to use people to gain his ends. But the jails and prisons are packed with that type-—nothing special to be that way.
