“By the law of nature alone, children follow the condition of their fathers, and enter into all their rights; the place of birth produces no change in this particular...” The Law of Nations.

In Murray v. Schooner Charming Betsy, the Supreme Court recognized that “an act of congress ought never to be construed to violate the law of nations..”

John Jay... in Chisolm v. Georgia “the United States had, by taking a place among the nations of the earth, become amenable to the laws of nations.”

Law of Nations...natural born citizen...two citizen parents.

Obama is an illegal President based on the Law of Nature and The Law of Nations.

I don’t think every reference to “the law of nations” is necessarily a reference to the book “The Law of Nations.”

I’d also be surprised if any modern court would support the idea that mothers somehow lack the rights-transmitting qualities that fathers have. I know at least one participant in these threads think they do, and I respect his willingness to be up front about it, but I don’t think it’ll prove to be an effective argument.
