Are you familiar with the phrase:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed..."

You can worry about Ohio not really being a state until 1952, but about 99.999% of Americans have been happy to call it a state since 1803.

In like manner, you can call the 14th, 16th, 17th and who knows how many other Constitutional Amendments invalid, but a like percentage of Americans disagree. The entire Constitution, and all 50 states, are happy to exist with "the consent of the governed".

And while I want Obama out of office ASAP, and my car has been keyed multiple times from liberals who don't like my "Miss me yet?" bumpersticker, and I'm giving $$ to Jesse Kelly regularly...I think many birthers don't understand that even many of us who hate Obama do not want to see a military court or the Supreme Court to throw out a President who won a majority of the vote. Not for having a father who was born in Kenya - a fact well known by the governed when they consented to make him President.

If there is proof Obama Jr was born outside the US, then he was elected under fraudulent conditions, and Congress should remove him immediately. But not the courts. I have no desire to give that power to 9 unelected, serving for life judges.

I get it. As I have stated, there are no boundaries, eligibilities, procedures, qualifications, wording, etc that cannot be swept aside. Bringing up any of these issues is trumped by whatever the public votes for and polls for. I agree. I live with the reality since I have no army. I like to bring up facts so they can be swept away and in the sweeping alert people to what is happening.

I don't understand your concerns.

Certainly you are aware that neither the Supreme Court nor a military court have the Constitutional authority to "throw out a President."

Who on this thread has made such a claim?

Please explain.

Quite a debased mind, WOW!

So when every speeders get a ticket for that, Congress has to dole out the sentences for these offenses, NOT the court!!

Or if a burglar is caught in the action of empty your house and steels your three horses, it's up to Congress to make the decision of penalty, NOT the court!!!

Wonder if you are not the best candidate so far for a FReeper "Cod-Fish Award"???
