Ah...so you believe they were discussing “Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offences” commited against a book called the Law of Nations...

Almost as unbelievable as the claim that a phrase printed in a 1797 translation was the inspiration for a document written in 1787.

You shout “Vattel” like a teen-aged girl at a rock concert.

Well, I’ll be honest. You’ve managed to surprise even me with the response you evoked. It’s simply astonishing to see people so completely ignorant of the modern Conservative movement they apparently don’t comprehend the significance of the Federalist Society.

Sorry you cannot read. That is why Lakin, who believes your drivel, is doomed. He’ll have his butt handed to him - although given you and your allies homo-erotic tendencies, I shouldn’t say that - and you’ll sit at your computers, having risked and lost nothing.

Lakin may be stupid, but he has convictions...and, of course, will soon have a different type of conviction. But all you have are fantasies, and the cowardice that refuses to take a stand. You could try disobeying the tax laws Obama signed, and then say they were not law because a real President never signed them, but then YOU would be at risk.

And you don’t have the guts for that, do you?

Its right there on the bottle of Rogers medication: “Do not drive or try to connect dots after taking this medication.”

You have to go easy on this guy. You'll never forgive yourself if he “jumps”. know what I mean? We have a delicate situation here with Mr Rogers.

On the internet, no one knows you’re a dog.

The reason for that comment is somewhat puzzling, but if it makes you happy..... WOOF, WOOF!

By your angry, irrational and slimey personal attack on her, you have revealed with crystal clarity who is the fool, and an ugly one at that.

Congratulations! I bow to your superior ability in employing the "ad hominem" style of personal attack throughout the entirety of your last post. Quite a feat. Well done! I look forward to more of these civil discussions with you, revealing the crystal clarity of your tireless attention to facts.

Best regards.....

No, but the authority on the Law of Nations was de Vattel who the Founding Father read, and obviously, his book on the subject made an impression on them.

So now you say Mr. Lakin is stupid?

I think its time for the next Pill. Go look near the kitchen sink. It's probably there. We'll wait for you.

So what is it that turns you on when you see Obama? The tan skin? The smile? Is it like a chemical reaction, or like a magnetic attraction?

Did you get this urge with teachers when you were a young boy?

I have some ink spots I'm sending you in email. Please identify what they look like. Remember, Not everything is a cigar, OK?

“This includes 9/11 deniers, ‘birthers’ who insist Barack Obama was not born in the U.S.,”

The discussion is a natural born citizen. We are claiming Obama is not a natural born citizen based on the citizenship of his father.

It matters not where Obama was born.

Mr. Binney in his essay before quoted, "if born in the country, is as much a citizen as the natural-born child of a citizen, and by operation of the same principle."...

We see Justice Gray is comparing a "citizen," a jus soli citizen, to a natural born citizen.

So you're saying that "natural-born child of a citizen" is the same thing as "natural-born citizen"? Doesn't that kind of knock a hole in the "needs two citizen parents" argument?

Leaving aside the apparent claim that "as much as" somehow means "less than."

I can only assume they do so out of attraction to someone who beats them regularly...

I think you might be on to something there. I've never seen people so interested in someone else's sexuality unless they were hoping to share in it.

Not to mention the attempts to slander Mr. Rogers, a Presbyterian minister who was married to the same woman for 50 years--with whom he had two sons--and who was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by George W. Bush. Just wow.

“By the law of nature alone, children follow the condition of their fathers, and enter into all their rights; the place of birth produces no change in this particular...” The Law of Nations.

In Murray v. Schooner Charming Betsy, the Supreme Court recognized that “an act of congress ought never to be construed to violate the law of nations..”

John Jay... in Chisolm v. Georgia “the United States had, by taking a place among the nations of the earth, become amenable to the laws of nations.”

Law of Nations...natural born citizen...two citizen parents.

Obama is an illegal President based on the Law of Nature and The Law of Nations.

Well, The Republicans are about to take control of the House and with that control, Republicans will chair all of the committees. Committee Chairmen can issue subpoenas for documents, like birth certificates, for example. Maybe you could write one of them and ask them to do that. Let me know how it works out.

You do realize that the term "law of nations" wasn't invented by Vattel, right?

Its not so hard to understand.

If one parent has foreign citizenship, legally, you are born with allegiance and ties to another nation. This is a disqualifier for president.

You may have dual citizenship at birth, but you cant be president. It violates the terms of the constitution, and our first historians have documented this.

Yes, Obama is president, and he violates our constitution. He was billed as “citizen of the world”, and that was pretty accurate. The United states interests are not his priority. As a “Born dual citizen” who claims Kenya as his home country, we would be a fools to expect otherwise.

He rests four citizenships on his mantle. Great Britain, Kenya, Indonesia, and the US. We are just the latest engagement and vehicle to power. In his mind, our country deserves a good ass kicking for past sins, and that's what he's doing.
