I would suggest it’s time to cut all grants from everyone...for a four-year period, and use that savings to get things back in financial shape.
Absolutely...The majority of grants are a huge waste of taxpayer money and looking at some of these recipients and the intended use would be laughable if it wasn’t so outrageous.
You would be better off getting rid of the EPA.
