Whose shady foreign cash?

Democrats deserve a Guinness World Re cord award for their election-season cogni tive dissonance.

President Obama, Vice President Joe Biden and White House senior adviser David Axelrod accused Republicans last week of benefiting from "money from foreign corporations" -- which liberals claim the US Chamber of Commerce is funneling into domestic political ads. Endangered Democratic candidates across the country are dutifully parroting the line of attack.

It's beyond comical to watch the party that cries "RAAAACISM" whenever conservatives question their shady foreign funny money suddenly sounding the alarm over non-US campaign cash. And it's beyond galling to hear Democrats fret about foreign intrigue while the president has inextricably tied America's fate to the Chinese holders of our T-bills.

GOP candidates should remind voters of all the shady foreign cash the Democrats and their deep-pocketed donors have pumped into the political system.

Convicted fraudster and former top Democratic fundraiser Norman Hsu -- who ran several Hong Kong companies into the ground and built a vast Ponzi scheme -- raised millions for the Democratic Party and its candidates, including Hillary Clinton and Obama.

The Federal Election Commission imposed a record-setting $719,000 in fines against Democrats for the 1996 Chinagate campaign-finance scandal.

....the foreign money story will now fade away since it didn't help and only pointed to more questions about WHERE OUR MONEY IS BEING WASTED?. SO FAR I've heard up to 100 million has lost it's way. How about the OBAMA ADMINISTRATION GOES BACK TO PUBLISHING PUBLICLY WHERE OUR MONEY IS GOING? OH YEAH, THAT'S RIGHT..the last time Biteme's web site kept us informed, more than a few nonexistent districts and other groups came into light. THE AMERICAN PEOPLE HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW WHERE OUR TAX DOLLARS ARE GOING

Supposedly, Presidents had proxies do the dirty work in campaigns, while they stayed above the fray. Not BO. He wades right into the cesspool, gets a big scoop with both hands, smears it all over his head and face, then stands there grinning, “How do you like my new cologne?”

Funny they’re going after the *open borders lobby* chamber of commerce.

Actually the Democrats in these kind of complaints reveal their most deeply held belief; it is utterly unfair and unallowable for any one other than a Democrat to be elected to any office. Anything other than this ideal is to be fought tooth and nail.

Thus this current brouhaha where these idiots claim that it is illegal for the US Chamber of Commerce to collect dues from out-of-country while also campaigning for pre-business candidates and issues. Gee, I wonder if the UAW still collects dues from its Canadian affiliate and campaigns for DEMOCRAT candidates?

You have to understand one basic thing-—liberals are morally superior people and therefore enjoy special privileges. /s

The first thought that crossed my mind after hearing the Chamber of Commerce story was...”do the democrats really want to open this can of worms”? They’re about as sharp as a bowling ball.

You’re more right than you think. If I remember correctly, the financial companies Soros controls are based in Panama and the former Netherlands Antilles—and based there for income tax avoidance reasons!
