Oh great...Rose is busting on Sarah again. Says she likes her but she’s better as a cheerleader!
Good morning P6 (and all our later arrivals!)
My daughter’s dear friend (her bridesmaid) dad’s funeral will be on Friday; she won’t be able to come to the rehearsal, but she is coming to the wedding/reception on Saturday. It is amazing to see ‘the little kids’ all grown up and being so strong and so helpful to her mom. My daughter spoke yesterday with the Priest who is marrying them; he talked at length about the Lord never giving you more than you can carry.
I just wanted to share that.
Now to Rose ‘cheerleader’ comment about Gov. Palin. I have to disagree. All of the other possible candidates are almost interchangeable (HillBuzz calls them soggy cucumber sandwiches). None of them have the ‘it’ factor that draws the crowds. Gov. Palin has it (sorry Rose). She also thinks very quickly on her feet; and up against either Duh Won or Hillary she will shine in common sense and ‘everyman’ ways.
Can any of us paint a mental image of Pawlenty? Or Thune? (or are they the same guy?)
Do you notice that the three callers they have taken have ALL been proSarah? I’m just saying...
I don’t know why Rose doesn’t like her.
And, now they get a Mitten call. Sigh.
When things get bad that's something I rely on as well. God gives you what you need. It might not be what you want but it's all you really need. The rest is up to you.
Totally agree on Sarah. She's the ONLY one who inspires the voters.

(Hit post too quickly). Romney is an awful choice...IMO...because he is RomneyCare which is ObamaCare 1.0.
Sorry...he supported a ‘one provider’ system in Mass., and it is an abysmal failure. How can ObamaCare be revoked by someone who supported the same thing at the state level???

Good morning! Thanks for starting the thread. I woke up at 7:00! I stayed up watching the miners rescue, but still got to bed before midnight. I have to say, I feel very rested! lol! I just watched miner number 9. He got on his knees and prayed after hugging his wife! Somebody on MSNBC said “He’s sitting down - we haven’t seen that before”
Duh!!
Too bad about Rose busting on Sarah. Hopefully, she’ll come around. I never understood her problem with Sarah either.
I left for work around 11:15 right after the first miner was pulled out. AMAZING! Thsn of course I had to have it on all night long. Oen after another they arecoming out and all of them look great!
Just ate an omlet now I have to get some sleep. I’ll be listening to Q&R as I drift off.
I am so down after that show today. I am done listening to them for a while. It was heartbreaking to hear that Palin stuff...I had dreams of Quinn and Rose backing Sarah and have them helping get her elected but Sometimes the truth hurts..I wanted to cry ...sigh
I am going to stop listening for a while. I figured they ould jump on Sarah’s bandwagon..since it came apparent Sarah would run I thought they wanted her too...I was wrong..sigh..
What in the ding dong can they be thinking? No matter what if Sarah runs they will support her. They HAVE to!
