Guess this puts to rest all doubts as to the wife’s veracity. I have to confess, I had my misgivings.

Drug warriors wanted a war ... now we have one. Congrats, guys! I’m sure the shooting will move up north eventually.

I am still worried that both of them, or just the husband, were not visiting a church in Mexico but running drugs and crossed a drug dealer. I started wondering what would stop people from taking a jet ski to Mexico, loading it up on drugs and jetting back to the US if in fact these two could just go to a Mexican church on the lake to visit it.

Hmmm, now you’ve re-surfaced my misgivings. Good point.

Think about it. If you are running drugs, and know you are running drugs, and know the border is dangerous.... Don't you think you might protect yourself?

And if you are an innocent tourist, going to see the church that's been underwater since 1950s (a well-known tourist spot), perhaps you don't have as much SA and maybe aren't armed?

You look too hard for what isn't there. I'll bet you own a television, and watch it. Reality is much different than what is displayed on the box.

I have to say that I’m glad I don’t live in that area. It’s bad enough around here. Our local county LEO’s took down a meth lab and a crack house/dog fighting operation two days ago. Both busts were within one mile of my place on the same county road as my home. But at least everybody still has their heads (so far).

Impossible. I just heard today on the news in Texas that the borders are safer than they have ever been. /s

A couple of days ago someone said we need to patrol our side of that lake with some Patriot deer hunters. The head in the box makes me agree.

I don’t see how the average rancher or tourist could ever have a chance. These guys have full autos, no mercy and they aren’t bashful when it comes to spraying lead. Out there they are the law.

They are growing more ‘alqaedaesque’ every day. Time for vermin extermination to begin.

I speculated, but not being there, how could one know? Sure as hell looks like wrong place, wrong time.

It’s already over the border. Guy had his head chopped off by illegal aliens in Chandler, AZ (Phoenix).

And what? Haven't Americans gone up against Germans and Japanese that did the same? And didn't we win, hands down, every time?

The very worst that Americans ever faced, was on American soil. Not US vs Them. But US vs. US. And we won that, too. Worst casualties, ever, in the history of the US of A. But you expect that with honorable enemies.

We'll get through this mess. But it might be career/life limiting for the other side.

Dexter (the series) has a head lopper on it and they are calling it Santo-something.

A religeous cult thing.
