An East Boston teen was held on $1,500 cash bail today on charges she gave birth to a newborn baby boy last month and then tossed him out a window where he was left abandoned crying in a trash-strewn alley.
Eva Flores, 18, was charged in East Boston District Court with reckless endangerment of a child and assault and battery of a child under 14 with injuries, authorities said today. She is also being held on a federal immigration detainer.

Praying for this baby and hoping he will heal and live a good life in a loving home with people who will care for and love and treat him like the human being he is. Please God...heal this child.
It’s Massachusetts. Probably not keeping her in jail and probably not holding her passport. Flight risk???

It says she’s Mexican where? Beyond that you are right, it is sad. She could have dropped the baby off any number of places. But it seems to me, in Houston at least, when someone drops a baby of there is this big media blitz to find the “mother” and get her story....perhaps reunited them and give them proper counseling. It’s bs.
Really they should charge her according to her crime: attempted murder. If the baby dies... capital murder.

Oh that’s nothing. In Jersey City we had the illegal alien family where the father was raping the daughter and she had not one but two babies. Both of which were thrown down the airshaft to their death.
Somehow the second one was discovered and during the excavation of the airshaft bottom the body of the poor first child was uncovered, many layers under.
Of course the wife knew nothing.
The father is in prison now, being fed and clothed on our dime. The daughter did some time I think. As for the wife, I don’t know.
It was a lovely story. Illegal, rapist, murderer father was unemployed at the time of his arrest. Just doing the crimes Americans won’t do.
I live in NJ, and it will be the last state to do anything about illegals. Hell, they’ll try to attract them. When Corzine was still governor, they admitted that without illegal immigrants, NJ lost population. Americans are leaving here in droves, just when the Giants get a new stadium; the answer? Football on our Spanish cable stations...
How do you sell a home in a state where the Bronze Horde is actually being asked to come in to prop up dying businesses and dying towns? Now they are the only ones left shopping with their tax-free cash, while the Americans who are taxed to feed, educate, and house them are being driven further into the ground...
We just had an illegal 20 y.o. woman crash into a visiting family, killing the husband, injuring wife and daughter.
She was driving her Cadillac Escalade, yes a Cadillac, at 80 mph in a residential zone. She lost control and hit the family’s car head-on.
Thankfully her bond was set at $1 mil.
This woman in Boston will post $1500 bail and disappear.
If the illegals were percieved to be a huge source of votes for the GOP, it would be a whole nuther story, talk of ‘’amnesty’’ is talk of ‘’treason’’. No other country has any doubts as to dealing with illegal entrants.
I didn’t say not illegal, I said “Mexican”.
Still, should be an attempted murder charge not candy *ss endangerment charge. Sounds like “come back when you can do it right”.
