That’s the bad news. The good news is that some goofyass “judge” says you’ll be able to wear boas and Speedos on the battlefield from now on.

I'd tell my CO that I wouldn't re-enlist unless I got to vote.See if that wouldn't light a fire under somebody to correct this insult to our patriots overseas.

DOD or at State’s ANG should fly ballots to the war zone and all overseas troops. GET IT DONE!

One felon, one vote
One ghost, one vote
One undocumented worker, one vote
One Democrat, many votes
One soldier, no vote
It's the Democratic way

I doubt this was incompetence. Service personnel don't vote the way liberals want. Looking incompetent was the easiest way to disenfranchise them.

This really pisses me off! Democrats are scummier than usual these days.

Impeach them all!

There’s no excuse for this. If Bloomberg was a mayor, and he isn’t, he would fire these incompetents and make sure that servicemen and women got to vote, as is their right. Bloomberg is such a hapless fool, he is only fit to be Obama’s Treasury Secretary.

Yeah NY’ers, just think Ny will deny troops the right to vote but they will fight to the death of their political careers for the right of Muslims to have a Mosque on ground ZERO. Aren’t you proud of your DumocRAT elected officials.

Incompetent?

I don’t think so. Just a bunch of affirmative action leftard scum trying to keep the military from voting.

Once is an accident. Twice is coincidece. Three times is enemy action. And we are *way* past three times.

Might the affected service members file congressional complaints? If so, would it make a difference?

All NY vote counting will be postponed until military votes are returned, right? No?

That’s the penalty I’d give the State who couldn’r follow the law.

Until there is a consequence for the lack of action, what do you expect?

Incompetent? No. Soldiers tend to vote wrong.

Then what should be done is to count the entire number of voter registrations in any given area and award the same number votes to the party opposite the party of the individual who made this decision. (Obviously Democrat, but I wouldn’t have any problem doing the same thing had a Republican pulled this) Maybe even throw in a 10% penalty (1000 disenfranchised service voters = 1100 opposite party votes)!
