Not all smokers get cancer and die and you can disapprove of smoking. But should you be allowed to limit the rights of smokers because you disapprove? Or should they, like you, be allowed their own choices and have the same ability to the whole life liberty and pursuit as you do and fight for it if they feel moved to do so?

My sons were in the military right after DADT was passed. The platoon fairy grabbed one of my son's bottoms in the showers. Trust me. He NEVER did it again. He was bad for the moral of the group and no one wanted anything to do with him.
It's straw man argument. I didn't discuss taking "rights" away from anyone. I simply stated the behavior should be condemned for what it is -- psychological damage caused by some sort of emotional trauma or abnormal upbringing that leads in general to promiscuity in males and depression.
Homosexuals need need psychological and/or spiritual help.
