The military can fly them over there in time and back in time.
They do this every year with Thanksgiving turkeys; why not ballots?
Ballots should have FIRST PRIORITY, and it would only

Absolutely; there should be no excuses ever; one would think this to be at the top of the list as part of the honorable service experience for a free and open society.
What this does tell us is the political class is not interested in the importance service and the democratic process.
