You fail to answer the question which is:

So does anyone who can not produce legal documentation (i.e. trust deed/Note)for the said property have standing in a court to request foreclosure for that property?

And I told you. If the hard copy of the note was not in the hands of the bank, they were allowed to produce affidavits attesting to the electronic records of the purchase of note.
