Right...just as soon as the DNC proves the ACORN allegations false.

In the old America, it was the other way around. The commie ‘RATS would have been required to prove that you were receiving the foreign money. I’m never going to get used to this Obama fascist bullsh*t.

So the FEC investigates and finds someone guilty. The Won remains in power, and the guy that donated gets a $50k fine.

Axelthug and the IRS ask you to prove that you're not guilty.

And thier little gambit with the Chamber blows up in their face before we even get into the remaining $400,000,000 in accounted for funds from 2008.

He should be made to prove he’s not a child molestor.

The Obama Regime does NOT have to prove that hes eligible to be POTUS. Axelrod should be challenged to provide that Obama was not born in Kenya. Just a simple valid birth certificate will suffice. Can he do it? No? Why not?

These guys are getting desperate. The supreme court decision helped level the playing field with Soros and union money.
Their dishonest talking points seem like a move to help advance the disclose act in lame duck session.

So now according to AxleFraud we must now prove a negative? LOL! I was wondering the same thing.
For over two centuries, the legal adage has been 'He who asserts must also prove', yet now, all of a sudden....it's not?
The GOP needs to seriously grow a few pairs and start filing legal cases against the Dems for taking foreign money.
Their silence in the face of blatant lies is what got us in this position in the first place, IMHO.

A 501(c)4 receiving foreign fund is just fine. A Presidential campaign receiving foreign funds is a FEDERAL CRIME.

The Clintons took money from the chicoms and it was proven, so it’s OK. After it became known, the RATS said ‘’we need campaign finance reform’’ up steps McCain to help them with the McCain-Feingold bill.

White House senior adviser David Axelrod said the U.S. Chamber of Commerce has the burden of proving false the charge by Democrats that . . .Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong. The burden of proof rests on the prosecution - not the defense. These usurpers are enemies to our Constitution and this Republic.
