“State police Commander Juan Carlos Ballasteros says Juan Pedro Saldivar Farias, known as “27”, and his brother Jose Manuel, known as “31”, are suspects in a string of murders, kidnappings, armed robberies and fires.
Ballasteros says they’re from New Guerrero, Mexico. It’s close to the abandoned town of Old Guerrero where David and Tiffany Hartley were attacked more than a week ago.”
