That truly is GWB’S fault. Any thing you name the patriot act is sure to be abused. Compasionate conservatives and neocons cheered the loss of our liberty. Unlimitedpolice power.

And the true-blue lefties whined about it at ear splitting levels until the Bummer regime... now it’s crickets although the very same thing is happening.

The ruling that allowed authorities to place tracking devices on cars derived from a Drug Enforcement Administration action.....it had nothing to do with terrorism or the Patriot Act.
The Ninth Circus ruled that your driveway is public property and you have no right to privacy when your car is parked in public.
This is being appealed and will end up before the SCOTUS.

Are we talking about the same Patriot Act?
The one 0 said he was against in 2003, but voted for (one of the few times he voted anything but 'present') in 2006?
The same Patriot Act 0 signed into extension without reform in Feb, 2010?
THAT Patriot Act?
Yeah, I thought so.
Go beat that tired old 'blame Bush' drum somewhere else.

Unlimitedpolice power.I don't understand this? The whole precept of Islam is to over rule the world by murdering infidels. Do you really think this is an "abuse" of the PA? Nobody cheers the loss of liberty, but you sure as shinola can't have liberty after death now can you?
Muslims are the ones going around killing innocents in the name of their cult religion, therefore everyone of them should be tracked! Not only does their scripture condone murder, they have proven they are willing to do it on our own soil.
Get your head out of your ass, WE ARE AT WAR!

Yup. To NWO globalist Bush and his buds, secure national borders are merely an impediment to the free movement of goods and natural persons.
Instead of securing our porous borders, vigorously enforcing immigration law, and ensuring that those in charge of immigration have the needed tools to perform accurate and timely processing, GW created DHS via EO 13228 on October 8, 2001 and both pushed for and signed the Patriot Act on October 26, 2001. Both DHS and the patriot act are a police state waiting to happen.
In 2010, nine years after 9-11, we now have a situation where the government allows the country to continue to be flooded with illegal aliens (including visa overstays) which include drug and people trafficking gangs, Jihadis, terrorists, pedophiles, rapists, etc. who provide the perfect excuse to micro track the average US citizen for participation in 'domestic terrorism'.
