"You'd have to be a pretty superficial person not to know that she was illegal." So they are saying that "racial profiling" does work? If this is true, why aren't law enforcement officers allowed to use it to enforce the laws of the United States of America?

Well, just keep in mind that most of these women are criminals in that they hire illegal aliens.
Rather than being celebrated in this article, they should be rounded up and placed in FEMA camps.
To: Lou Budvis
Of course Whitman knew. Proof?

The bottom line? Tough to back a candidate who cannot find an illegal alien right in her home.

B......t. We employ a Hispanic housekeeper once a week. Have done so for years. I have no idea whether she is a citizen or not. She drives a care; so I presume, but do not know, that she has a drivers license.

These same women probably treat their domestics like dirt. Spoiled liberals who can’t wait to get quoted in the local paper.

The people saying "she knew" live someplace other than Los Angeles. It's common for folks to be born, live a full life, and die of old age and KNOW ONLY ONE LANGUAGE around there, and that one will be Spanish.
Most other places the "real immigrants" do grow up learning English, but that's simply not the case in major parts of LA.

If that's true, then what a horrible person Meg Whitman is," a 49-year-old mother of two told me as she headed to one of the Country Mart's boutiques. "How could she have this woman in her home, looking after her kids, and not have a relationship with her? You'd have to be a pretty superficial person not to know that she was illegal." This is the kind of woman who would then be shocked to find her husband had been cheating on her for the past 10 years -- "I just thought he had to work late a lot".
Because, as we all know, nobody ever keeps any secrets from people they know well.

This is how the media trashes conservatives. They take a one-day-max story, something out of millions of things to be considered, and turn it into story after story after story.
This is like Macaca for George Allen, a single slip of the tongue that turned into dozens of newspaper articles over the course of several weeks.
