Jerry Brown's campaign apologized Thursday for a private conversation captured on audiotape that has the California Democratic gubernatorial candidate agreeing to an aide's description of Republican rival Meg Whitman as a "whore."
The exchange, inadvertently recorded by a voicemail, discussed Whitman cutting a deal to protect law enforcement pensions as the candidates competed for endorsements from police.

Anyone that REALLY looks at Dum positions KNOW they hate women.
You didn’t see this on ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, NY Slimes, Washington Post?
Hmmm..neither did I.
Can't blame them if they can't stand her abrasive persona.
Liberals are SCUM, they pretend to be “advocates” for women and minorities but infrequently the ugliness of their real perspectives become transparent.
Let's all hold our breath until the NOW gang weighs in.
Oh, never mind.
With the Republican Party planning on dumping traditional values, I thought it was a literal description. Is it, or not?
It wouldn’t matter what that piece of garbage Brown and his group of idiots think, California is fill of nitwits that would vote for him anyway. This State is full of brain washed idiots.
I wonder if they would apply the “W” word to Gloria, too?
The SF Bay Area media is making this a non-story and the California chapter of NOW has endorsed Brown, saying “actions speak louder than words”
It’s official - a Dem or a Dem operative can make misogynistic comments towards a conservative woman and the MSM will excuse them.
The MSM has lost all credibility and are nothing more than DNC cheerleaders and enablers.
Sounded like Jerry Brown’s voice to me...
I’m absolutely livid by the non-coverage of this story by the MSM
The MSM will flat-out make up lies about Conservatives, the Tea Party, Sarah Palin, George Bush, etc..., yet they will move heaven and earth to cover for Dem Gaffes and make a million excuses for them.
To me, this was just another case of the media manufacturing a non-event into a national event. Let’s get real. This was a situation where a group of grown men thought they were engaged in a private conversation. Someone (not even Brown) applied the word “whore” to their Republican female opponent. Was this vulgar and inappropriate? Of course. But does this happen a million times a day when politicians of all parties get together and have private conversations? Of course. There are a million reasons to oppose Brown and they’re called ISSUES.
