“Guess Atlanta is a complete and total hell hole. Gee, I wonder why. Also interesting: the most dangerous DC neighborhood is adjacent to the Navy Yard, where they are spending billions to create “outdoor spaces,” as well as the Nationals stadium. I am surprised, I thought it would be the Trinidad neighborhood and points northeast.”

Does Anacostia count in the Navy Yard stats? BTW, don’t miss your exit to the Navy Yard, the next one is five points in Anacostia.

No, it doesn’t. Anacostia is farther northeast. Navy Yard is south of 395. I missed the South Capitol exit once and had what felt like an anxiety attack until I got back to civilization. Also: driving on East Cap years ago had to detour, got lost, ended up in one of those neighborhoods off Minnesota Avenue. A kind woman pushing a baby carriage told me when I stopped at a stop sign that it wasn’t safe for me to be there driving around by myself, and how to get back to where I needed to be. I took her advice.
