I wonder what the percentage of illegal immigrants live in those 2 Vegas neighborhoods?

Those are black areas - especially D Street (note the presence of a Martin Luther King Blvd nearby) - though there are similar Hispanic neighborhoods on the east side.

MLK Blvd., MLK Ave., MLK Parkway, etc., have a distressing commonality in that invariably they are in a bad part of town.
