George W. Bush is also guilty. He REFUSED to halt illegal immigration. He REFUSED to secure the Mexican Border. He REFUSED to protect the lives and property of U.S. citizens living along the Border. He REFUSED to enforce U.S. law dispite his responsibility to do so and in violation of his oath of office.
